1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the gempak999 platform, accessible via our official website at gempak999.vip and the gempak999 mobile app. This document is to be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form the complete agreement between you and gempak999.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any game or service on the Gempak999 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms stated in this document. 2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the gempak999 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age stipulated by the laws of your state or territory, whichever is higher.
• An individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits access to online gambling platforms.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list issued by any relevant regulatory body.
• Using the gempak999 platform on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• Funds used for deposits are legitimately earned and do not originate from any unlawful activity.

Gempak999 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. If a user fails to meet these eligibility requirements, their account may be suspended or terminated immediately.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at gempak999. Holding more than one account — whether using the same or different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. gempak999 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. All activities carried out through your account are your sole responsibility.

Gempak999 conducts identity verification (KYC) to ensure platform security. You may be required to submit verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or other supporting documents. This process helps protect you and all other members from fraud and money laundering.

4 Deposit & Payment

Gempak999 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, Instant Bank Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods offered from time to time. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The bank account or e-wallet used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method, which can be viewed on the deposit page.
• All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once successfully processed.
• Gempak999 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact our customer support team with proof of the transaction.

Gempak999 reserves the right to decline or hold any suspicious deposit or any deposit that violates our anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any deposit linked to fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Gempak999 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your deposit, for security and AML compliance purposes.

• Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed within 15 to 60 minutes on business days.
• Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification (KYC) before it can be approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction, while the daily maximum limit is subject to your membership tier.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• Gempak999 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving a withdrawal to ensure the security of your account.
• Funds in accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to maintenance fees as outlined in our inactive account policy.

6 Bonus & Promotions

Gempak999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and a VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer.

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

7 Game Rules

All games offered at gempak999 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified by an accredited independent testing body. This ensures every game outcome is fair, random, and cannot be manipulated.

• The outcome of all games is final. In the event of any discrepancy between the on-screen display and the server, the server record shall be considered correct.
• Any technical interruption such as an internet connection loss or unintentional app closure does not entitle the player to a refund of their wager.
• The use of bots, automated software, artificial intelligence, or any external assistance tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

8 Member Responsibilities

Any breach of these responsibilities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and legal action where necessary.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory bodies or legal authorities.
• Account inactive for an extended continuous period.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid remaining balance in your account will be refunded once all security checks have been completed.

11 Limitation of Liability

The gempak999 platform is provided "as is" and gempak999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, gempak999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform, including loss of expected winnings, technical disruptions, or third-party system failures.

Gempak999's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim in question.

12 Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

Gempak999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate action.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them are subject to the laws in force in Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining unaffected provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
